MotoCommander

Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 October 2026

These terms govern your use of MotoCommander. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

MotoCommander is a platform for motorcycle racing teams, academies, coaches and riders to manage race-weekend planning, bike setup, data logging, ECU tuning data, timing, weather, video review and coaching in one place.

Accounts and eligibility

You need an account to use MotoCommander. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Where a rider is under 18, a parent or guardian must create and control the account on the rider's behalf, and is responsible for that rider's use of the service.

Acceptable use

You must not use MotoCommander to upload unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the setup data, logged data, video, photos, audio, notes and other content you or your organisation upload ("your content"). You grant us a licence to store, process and display your content as needed to provide the service to you, your organisation and anyone else your organisation shares it with, including generating AI summaries and recommendations from it.

Organisations and administrators

A team, academy or coaching business that operates as an organisation on MotoCommander is responsible for the people it invites, the roles it assigns them, and for obtaining any consent needed from riders or their guardians before their data is added to the organisation. Organisation administrators control who can see what within their organisation.

Subscriptions and licences

Access to paid features is granted under a licence issued to an organisation. Billing is currently handled by manual invoicing rather than automatic payment. Licence terms and pricing may change; we will give reasonable notice before any change takes effect for an existing organisation.

Disclaimers

MotoCommander provides performance analysis, setup suggestions and AI-generated recommendations for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional judgement. The rider and their team remain solely responsible for decisions about bike setup, ECU tuning and riding safety.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, our liability to you arising from your use of MotoCommander is limited, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Termination

You may stop using MotoCommander and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service where these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
